This winter, in response to the significant cuts to Bergen's cultural budget and the increasingly unpredictable economic outlook, Northing and Kiosken, in solidarity with more than a dozen independent cultural organisations in Bergen - often running under the rada of mainstream travel guides, initiated a postcard project to boost our visibility and reach out to a broader international audience.
